- •Beautifying Inside & Out: I have an artistic eye and can offer many ideas to make your home stand out. Sometimes a new color for your front door, some fresh gravel or some freshly cut flowers may do the trick. We will work together to make your house sparkle and pop!
- •Staging: Some homes show better if they are completely staged and furnished. We will work together with my staging partners to see if this is the right move for you.
- •Extensive Referral List: I have lived in Santa Cruz for 45 years and if you need some help, I’m here to assist. Cleaners, movers, contractors, handymen, landscapers/gardeners, painters, plumbers, Pest Control, etc.

- •Your Property will be Featured on my Website: First, I host a catered Open House exclusive to Broker’s and Realtor’s to see your home before anyone else. Then if appropriate, I host a catered “Invite Only” Neighborhood Open House. This is a fun event to “the Buzz” going amongst your neighbors. And, then we go into weekend Open Houses for the rest of the buyers in the world until we get your home sold.
- •Custom Ad in the Sentinel Newspaper: (yes, some still do read the newspaper!)
- •Open Houses: A catered Open House for all the Broker’s and Realtors to see your home before anyone else. If appropriate, I hostan invite only catered neighborhood Open House. This is fun to do gets lots of buzz in neighborhood. And definitely weekend Open Houses to get lots of exposure.
Coordination & Cooperation
With almost 30 years of experience, it’s second nature for me to know what needs to be done and in the best order.
- •Inspections and Appraisals: I work directly with the Buyer’s Agent to ensure all inspections and appraisals are timely performed.
